This is my first post to "A Savior, A Sailor, and A Mission."
If you have found this page it was most likely by accident... but since you're here, thanks for visiting.
This site will contain all the information I can share with the world about my mission to Saint Lucia; from all the preliminary planning and raising of support to my sailing there from Carrabelle, FL in my Westsail 32... (a 2000 mile trip).
The hardest thing about pursuing this mission is leaving behind the ones I love. I keep reminding myself that Jesus said, "...every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life." Matthew 19:29.
All of my entries will be in the form of posts in blog format. I will fill this site with exciting news and pictures of this adventure in faith. I hope you'll come along for the journey.
This is just the beginning and I am completely in over my head in so many ways. But... the good news is the God I serve is bigger than all the barriers before me. I am excited to see what He will do as I yield my life to Him.
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. Isaiah 6:8
God bless.
