MISSION MARSH HARBOUR

Marsh Harbour, Abaco, Bahamas was our first "boots on the ground" operation. David Fincher stopped there to help two other missionaries while en route to Saint Lucia for a church plant. Shortly after his arrival, the missionaries in Marsh Harbour decided to leave to pursue another mission, and the local church asked David to stay on and help with the work in Abaco. After a year of work, four souls were baptized into Christ, and numerous others rededicated their lives to the Lord. Others returned to the church after attending other congregations. Recently, our team organized and executed a city-wide campaign for Christ, reaching many in the local community with the undenominational Gospel of Christ. David Fincher served as the missionary to Marsh Harbour.

Though our missionary, David Fincher, is no longer in Abaco, we remain connected with that work and hope to continue assisting this mission in the near future.

Marsh Harbour was devastated by Hurricane Dorian, a Category 5 hurricane. CrossWay Missions raised and delivered over $32,000 to assist the church in rebuilding.

The complete story of our Marsh Harbour Mission has been chronicled on the CrossWay Missions website.
